Once again, I am not surprised about the events which occur on Black Friday. People really love to shop and will do mostly anything to get what they want. Another "surprise" is how everything seems to happen at the nation's Walmarts. The premier place for quality goods and services; year after year they seem to increase security, with no benefits.
Safety, a number one concern, is almost impossible to maintain with a concert mob size consumer audience awaiting their most precious goods. Why does Walmart continue to lower the standard of excellence in their customer service department.
I would like to see what the owners have to say about how people treat one another during the most "festive" of holidays.
