President Obama taking Responsibility. His Fault?

In an article by the NY Times, President Obama has taken full responsibility for the mishaps involved with the new government healthcare website. But is he really to blame? Unlike his predecessor, George Bush Jr. Obama is supported by his own political party.

While it was in good tasted for the president to admit the problems with the new health care, is it truly all his fault for the confusion?

Kathleen Sebelius in an earlier edition of the Times stated that she was to blame for the issues. However, should she be put on the chopping block? Viewing this issue from the larger perspective, the government is to blame, Republicans and Democrats alike. Lack of productivity is the crime.

The democratic process was not organized and well planned. There was no teamwork or lateral thinking as Edward De Bono would have suggested. Had the House Republicans attempted to openly speak about a compromise then a solution could have been and these problems could have been avoided.
