Hazing in the NFL

USA Today, "Even big guys can be bullied" said Erik Brady and Jim Corbett of the USA Today. What makes this ritualized procedure justified in sports and many parts of the country. It is theorized that this ritual stemmed from the military in order to streamline their soldiers and create uniformity. However, there must be another way.

One must look at the strengths of these actions. It creates allows those leaders to strip out the weakness and keep strength. The question I want answered is should this ritual be continued, or done away with? While the military must perform this, is it ethical for them, but is it for everyone else?
