You are what you eat.

The USA Today has reported that american dies have seen a change, for the better. We now eat more fruit and vegetables and drink more milk. Carbonated soft drinks have decreased in consumption; however, they still are dominant in the American diet. 

These new statistics show that we are more aware of the detrimental effects of being the most overweight country in the world. Public belief on that is finally turning the other way. However, the most unhealthy choices still dominate the market place keeping healthy alternatives expensive, deterring people from purchasing them.
